Aromatherapy is far more popular than one could have imagined when it started with what was an ancient practice. It has deep-seated roots in Ayurveda and modern science and the benefits are multifold for those who indulge in this art and therapy form.

Aromatherapy originated in ancient Eurasia with many practices of these seen with the royals and in the hospitals during warfare. 6. Lemon Oil

These essential oils are treated and cold-pressed and bottled up and can be used as-is or mixed with a carrier oil. They can be diffused in an air diffuser for a holistic healing atmosphere.
