List of the Indian States, their Capitals, Formation Year and Officail Langugages

India is popularly known for its diverse history, travelling attractions, many scientific inventions, largest democracy, and many other aspects.

Before independence India has 565 princely states. The British rule ended in 1947 and the establishment of a free and independent India has started.

The Constitution of India come into force in 26 January 1950. Till then India has currently 28 states and 8 union territories. Today in this article, I will share list of Indian states and their capital along with their formation year and official languages.
